We start by understanding your business: what's working, what isn't, and where your opportunities are. By the end of the first month, you'll have a simple, practical plan for the next 90 days. No jargon, no 40-page document you'll never open again, just a clear sense of what to focus on and why.
From month two: ongoing partnership
A monthly 1:1 session to review progress, work through decisions and plan next steps.
Direct access between sessions by email or WhatsApp.
A quarterly reset to make sure the plan still fits as your business changes
