Business Growth Partner is a regular, one-to-one partnership. I get to know your business properly, look at the numbers with you, and work through the decisions alongside you. When something needs to change, I work through it with you.
How it works
Month 1: Getting Clear
We start by understanding your business: what's working, what isn't, and where your opportunities lie.
By the end of the first month, I provide you with a 90 day plan.
You work through the plan to implement it.
I have extensive contacts within my network and can connect you to the right people to get all the elements of the plan delivered.
Month 2-6: Ongoing Partnership
A monthly 1:1 session to review your progress, work through decisions and plan your next steps.
Direct access between sessions by email or Whats App.
A quarterly reset to make sure the plan still fits as your business changes.
