When the plan needs specialist skills, I bring in people I trust from my network of senior specialists, from PR and communications to design and video. I manage the work, so you have one point of contact throughout.
The kind of work I do
Business review. Two to three weeks digging into the numbers and talking to your team to find out what’s really holding the business back, ending in a clear plan.
Strategy day. A focused day with you and your leadership team to agree priorities and next steps.
Leading change. Part-time over three to six months, putting the plan into action alongside you and your team.
Market and pricing review. Where you sit in your market, how you compare with competitors, and whether your pricing is right.
