Week 3 : Identify — Define messaging and positioning in the market

This is where we create your ideal strategic positioning. We create a clear value proposition, review the offers and pricing, align messaging to commercial goals.

Week 4 : Guide - A focused leadership workshop

A focused leadership session to:

  • Challenge assumptions

  • Resolve competing priorities

  • Agree investment focus

  • Define stop/start/scale decisions

Outputs:

  • Agreement on a clear strategic direction for the business supported by a robust marketing strategy.


Week 5 & 6: Navigation & Strategy Build - building out the plan

We translate strategic direction into:

  • A 90-day execution focused plan

  • A sequenced 12-month roadmap

  • Defined KPI accountability and measurements.

By the end of the ALIGN process, your organisation will have:

Structured six-week strategic intervention. We work with one organisation at a time on this programme so full attention is paid to the organisation. Payment terms, 50% on commencement (kick off call), 50% on delivery (final presentation date).

Micro 1–10 people £1,500Up to 5 stakeholder interviews

SME 11–49 people £5,000Up to 8 stakeholder interviews

Larger/complex 50+ people £8,000 — Up to 10 stakeholder interviews
