Plan: I walk you through what I’ve found and exactly what to do next, in plain language.
Action: Your team takes the plan forward, and where you don’t have the skills in-house, I introduce you to trusted specialists within my network.
Follow Up: A follow-up meeting a few weeks later to see how it’s going and adjust the plan if needed.
